1:1 Veterinary ultrasound coaching
For the small animal vet who wants a faster, more direct path to confident scanning
The guides answer most questions. The masterclasses cover most techniques. But there is a gap between a written resource and a direct conversation. For some vets, that gap is where the problem lives.
1:1 veterinary ultrasound coaching is for the small animal vet who wants a more direct route to confident scanning (that means no more Google rabbit holes at 1 am).
3,350 vets have learned with Belinda
Years of hands-on practical ultrasound experience
Clinical thinking, not radiologist protocol
Real-world guidance for real-world vets

Is this right for you?
You've got a specific case or clinical question
You can’t resolve and you need a direct answer.
You're struggling with a particular organ or technique
And can’t seem to image it consistently, regardless of how many times you’ve tried.
You want honest, personalised feedback
On your scanning approach from someone who’s done this in thousands of real general practice settings.
You're in rural or remote practice
With no specialist nearby and no colleague to ask. You need a direct line to someone who knows their stuff.
You're returning to practice after a break
And want to rebuild your skills with structured, practical support rather than starting from scratch alone.
You're preparing for a procedure or case type
You haven’t encountered before and want to talk it through with someone who has.
What a 1:1 vet ultrasound training session looks like
Sessions are usually virtual, focused and built entirely around you. There’s no fixed curriculum and no generic content. You’ll have a direct conversation about your specific clinical situation with someone who’s been doing this in real general practice for years.
Bring your questions, your cases and your scans if you have them. You’ll leave with specific, actionable guidance you can apply straight away.
You set the agenda. No fixed curriculum means every minute is spent on what matters to you
Bring your scans, case notes or images and get real-time feedback on real findings
Walk away with a clear, practical path forward (no reading lists or follow-up modules here)
Achieve the kind of progress that would take months of solo practice in a single focused session
How to get started with 1:1
Step 1: Enquire
Fill in the short form below with your name, a brief description of what you’re working on and what you’re hoping to get from a session. Belinda will review your enquiry and get back to you as soon as she can.
Step 2: Confirm
If 1:1 coaching is the right fit, Belinda will confirm availability and session details by email. If a guide or masterclass would serve you better, she’ll say so.
Step 3: Prepare
You’ll receive a short brief before the session with a few questions to help Belinda understand your situation, what you’ve tried and where you’re getting stuck. The more specific the better, but “I don’t know what I don’t know” is also a valid starting place.
Meet your coach, Belinda
Belinda graduated with first-class honours, completed a 20-month specialist internal medicine internship followed by an internal medicine residency and passed her MANZCVS in Small Animal Internal Medicine.
Then she walked away from specialist practice.
She started Brisbane’s first mobile endoscopy and point-of-care ultrasound company and spent years going clinic to clinic across general practice, doing the scans that busy GP vets needed and couldn’t always perform themselves.
She also has a teaching degree. Which means she both knows how to scan and how to teach it in a way that stays with you.
What that means in a 1:1 session:
- Guidance grounded in general practice
- Technique developed under the same real-world constraints you work within
- Explanations built around clinical decision-making, not textbook theory
- Honest, direct feedback from someone who has seen the same cases and made the same calls
She’ll tell you what the textbook says, but then she’ll also tell you what actually works in the clinic.
From vets who have learned with us
Since I had the first book, I felt more confident whenever I had to do an ultrasound and I had such a clear vision of the organs and how I should examine them. I even found things my more experienced colleagues didn’t, just because I was looking carefully and not scared. I even diagnosed some difficult cases and received confirmation that I was right.
Your content is pure gold. I love how accurate the photos are and how well you describe what you see with the ultrasound machine.
A few things worth knowing
Availability is limited. 1:1 sessions are offered in limited numbers alongside Belinda’s other work. Enquiry-based booking means you get a considered response.
Honesty comes first. If a guide or masterclass would serve your needs better than a 1:1 session, Belinda will tell you. The goal is to point you toward the most useful resource for your situation.
Sessions are virtual. Most 1:1 coaching takes place via video call, open to vets anywhere in the world. If you’d prefer an in-person session, get in touch. It can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Come prepared. The more specific you can be about what you are working on, the more useful the session will be. Relevant case details, questions, images or scans are welcome. Bring whatever gives the most useful context.
Enquire about a 1:1 session
Tell us a little about what you are working on and what you are hoping to get from a session.
We will be in touch to let you know if 1:1 coaching is the right fit and to discuss availability.
Not sure if 1:1 is right for you?
If you’re building foundational skills or looking to sharpen your technique more broadly, the guides and masterclasses are likely the better starting point and a more efficient use of your time and money.
- Start with the guides if you want a structured, self-paced resource you can follow in the clinic
- Try a masterclass if you want to see technique demonstrated in real time
- Join the community if you want ongoing support and shared learning with other vets
Questions you might be asking
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We’ll review your enquiry and let you know if 1:1 coaching is a good fit for your situation and what the next steps look like. If a guide or masterclass would serve you better, we will say so.
What is the price?
1:1 coaching starts from $497 USD per session. Final pricing is confirmed as part of the enquiry process before any session is booked.
Can I do more than one session?
Yes. Some vets find a single session is enough. Others prefer to work through a series of challenges across multiple sessions. That conversation happens as part of the enquiry process.
I am based outside Australia. Can I still work with Belinda?
Yes. All sessions are virtual and open to vets worldwide. Time zone logistics are discussed as part of the booking process.
The fastest path forward is a direct conversation
Stop working around the gap. Stop second-guessing the finding.
Stop waiting for the answer to appear in a guide you’ve already read twice. (It’s not in there, we checked).
Book a focused session with someone who’s been doing this in real practice for years and get a clear path forward.
